Memory Lane

After Marin's promotion ceremony, we walked through the school and happened to find every single one of Marin's elementary school teachers!  It was so fun for us to see each one and see how blessed Marin has been to have such amazing and wonderful teachers!

Mrs. Nelson taught Amber, Justin and Marin in kindergarten!  Mrs. Garner was the best 1st grade teacher ever!

This was Marin's last day and Mr. Gustafson's too! Happy retirement!

Mr. McNatt came to Stonegate when the school opened! The whole school is so blessed to have such a fun and inventive teacher. Marin never wanted 3rd grade to end.  It was a very fun year!

Mrs. Rahmann taught 4th grade and Marin got to learn all about California history.

Mrs. Brubaker was a new teacher to Stonegate Marin's 5th grade year and what a great lady she is!  U.S. History is so fun.  Marin also learned she LOVES reading!

Two other favorites of us all- custodian, Tony Gonzales and librarian, Beth Vance.  How lucky are my kids to have not only teachers, but the whole amazing staff to watch out for them!

6th grade was fabulous!!!  Marin got to be with 3 amazing teachers each day- Mr. Mai, Miss Hearn and Miss Hager.  I don't know that there are three more loving and encouraging people in the whole world. Elementary school was great! 

We had to throw in the picture of one of Justin's favorite teachers as well, Todd Norris (5th grade).  Justin was shorter than him in 5th grade :)
