1. Typically what time do you wake up? 6:45 am- got to get showered and dressed and get the kids moving for school. If I had my way it would be 8 am- and without anyone asking for "pink milk" and "turn me on a show".



2. On a really good night what time are th kids in bed? 8 pm- I'm with Heather on this one- if it's much later I get crabby!



3. How long have you been a mommy? Almost 12 years!!!! How did that happen? I guess if you count being pregnant, it's been even longer.



4. How old were you when you became a mommy? I actually have to do the math cuz I don't know...wait for it...25 years old.



5. What is your favorite kids show? Hands down Backyardigans!!! I love the music and choreography.



6. What is your least favorite kids show? Sponge Bob and Fairly Odd Parents- I hate their voices!!!



7. What is your favorite chore? I can't believe someone actually wrote that question- isn't that an oxymoron? Maybe grocery shopping- I love when it's all unpacked and the fridge and pantry are stocked.



8. What is your favorite meal to cook? Breakfast for dinner! Because I like it and it is the only meal I cook that every single person in the house likes.



9. What is the meal you cook most often? Mexican food or chicken parmagian (sp?)



10. What is your kids favorite meal? Northwood Pizza, Noodle soup (Top Ramen) are the two they can all agree on.



11. What is your favorite thing your husband does with your kids? They wrestle a lot, but my very favorite thing is when Ryan makes up stories about Princess Zippy for Marin. I love to hear her laughing through the door. I also love watching him with them when they are babies- he looks at them with so much love and he's so cute when he is smitten- maybe that's why I have 5!



12. What are 5 things that make you smile when you are being a mom? I love it very most when they play together and tell each other stuff. I also love butterfly kisses from Ben, snuggles from Justin, when Marin plays with my hair and when Amber learns something in school or from a book and we talk about it. One more- I love Gracie's new little laugh!



13. If you could take your kids anywhere in the world where would it be? That's tough! I want to take them all over to experience the world! Theater in NYC, Eiffel Tower in Paris, art in Florence and Rome, mission spots in Croatia and Serbia, London, US history- Washington DC, Boston, Williamsburg, Church history- sacred grove, Nauvoo, Jerusalem....I could easily think of a dozen more places! Anyone want to loan me some money?



14. When was the last time you went out with your kids? We went to California Adventure two weeks ago- so did 3 million of our closest friends unfortunatley, but we had fun.



15. What is your favorite past time/activity to do with your kids? Making cookies, playing board games and going to the beach!



16. Name 1 thing you said you'd never do as a mom- I don't know...



17. Name 1 thing you do that your mom did: sit in front of the TV and fold TONS of laundry. Cook with my kids.



18. What is your favorite quality that your mom has? I can talk her ear off- and she always listened- even if it wasn't interesting to her. I guess that should be in present tense since I still do it.



19. What is your favorite children's book? I love the Junie B Jones books- also anything by Sandra Boyton- Barnyard Dance, etc.

20. Advice for new moms? Scrapbook it as it happens so you don't get too far behind!

21. What is your scariest or most heartbreaking moment as a mom? When Amber gets left out of things by the meany girls at school.

22. What is your most joyful moment as a mom? Most recently, it was seeing all my kids together in the hospital when they came to meet Grace for the first time- they were so excited to see, hold and kiss her! What a lucky lady I am!!!

23. When was the last time one of your kids said I love you? This morning as they left for school.

24. When was the last time you told one of your kids I love you? I tell Grace constantly as I hold her.

I'm adding one more question- your biggest pet peeve as a mom? That my kids don't flush the toilet!

Toilet aside- I am a blessed lady!!!
