Winter Concerts
The older kids had their winter music concerts at school on Thursday- Justin is in the 4 th grade choir and Amber in the 6th grade band. It was fun to see Justin sing since he usually doesn't sing unless he thinks no one is listening! I could hear him though and he sounded good!
After Justin's concert- Justin, Benjamin and Grace
One of the mom's turne to me just before they started and said, "I've never seen Justin wear pants!" Her son and Justin have been in school together for 5 years!
Amber has practiced hard and is 1st chair for the trombone section. It was really neat to hear them all play together as a band. Trombone usually plays the harmony so when she practices it often sounds like a bunch of notes that don't make much music- when she played with the whole band they sounded good!

Looks like fun! I think I have only seen Justin wear pants to church, so I am with that other mom. I can't believe how chubby Grace is, she is seriously cute!
Good job guys! I'm proud of Justin for being in the choir! Spencer is in his school choir too! Nothin' wrong with bein' a jock who can sing!! :-)
Wow, the talent flows in this family. I wish I could play an instrument. Tell Amber to keep at it, it's an amazing privelage. 1st chair too, wow!
Not to mention boy's who song in choir's are really awesome, I married a music man who sings in a chior!

I just want to smother Gracie's fat cheeks with kisses. She is so delicious!!!!!!! How fun that you got to do the concert rounds. That is so funny that the other mom had never seen Justin in pants. He did look rather handsome. Who knew that Justin sang???
