Last Day of School!

Grace finished preschool at Miss Laura's preschool Robin's Nest.  She loved climbing this tree after school each day so we had to take a picture of it.  She has grown up so much this year and I can't believe how old she is and how much she knows.  She can count to 110, write all her letters, knows all colors and so much more.  She is a smarty pants.  What a great year with two great teachers (Miss Laura and Miss Julie) who have nurtured and loved her.  I am sad for her to leave such a great place.

Marin won yet another award the last week of school.  She has loved having Mrs. Brubaker as her teacher.  Fifth grade has flown by so quickly.  Marin is smarter, more confident and still one of the nicest people you will ever meet.  She loved having Mr. Norris for RTI (the reading program) and had a fun time teasing him too.

Ben started the year fine, but kicked it into a whole other gear the last few months of school.  HIs writing and reading have improved the most I think.  Mrs. Wieske was a good teacher that looked out for Ben and tried to push him to do his best rather than just get by.  He is going to be in 4th grade! How did that happen?  Both kids finished with great report cards, new friends and super memories.

I didn't take any pictures of Amber, but she had a super sophomore year.  Finishing it off by making Irvine Singers, Intermediate drama and will be returning to the El Vaquero newspaper staff next year.  She is amazing!
