Brace Face!

Justin is finally a "real" teenager. He got braces today! Just on the top to start. His top teeth rub against the bottom ones, so he has to wait until things move a bit before they put the bottom ones on. He could have chosen to do it all today and have bite blocks put in the back so that he couldn't bite down all the way, but this seemed like a better and more comfortable choice. He made it for a few hours before they started to hurt. We went to In and Out immediately afterwards and got food before he got too sore. Tonight he has a scout campout, so I am sending him with Advil :). As we are approaching March Madness he went for blue and white bands- Go Cougars!
