Mid- January UpdateJustin (#59 in white and blue in the center) had his first lacrosse game on Saturday. They lost 5-6, but it was amazing to see how much they improved from the first half to the end of the game. Ryan, for the first time ever, was not a coach, and was pacing the sideline. Not being able to organize the boys, correct mistakes, etc was killing him. I actually thought it was comical- now he knows how I feel every game of every sport! We have one main coach and he coaches every single age group and team- he has single-handedly started lacrosse teams for Irvine basically. Anyway, because of that the boys don't get as much individual/team attention to detail. It's more an overview of how to play. I think it's good for Justin to get to play something that is not to the usual crazy Irvine standard of perfection and intensity. He seems to be having fun and he even scored a goal! I'll put up a better pic next time so you can see his uniform, etc.

Grace had her first scrapbooking night at Joy's last Friday. Like the angel she is she was quiet and peaceful and slept or just watched us for most of the night.

Yesterday, Joy and I took the little boys (who don't seem very little anymore) to California Adventure. They saw lots of characters- JoJo included. JoJo must love babies because after the pic with the boys he walked over to the stroller and spent a few minutes admiring Gracie. She slept through it all.

Baby acne finally arrived last week- stuff with Grace has been later than with all my others (my meltdown day, acne, etc.) Maybe my hormones are slowing down in my old age! She is so sweet, and so far, easy going. She sleeps through all the craziness of our house. She sleeps in the car if needed and doesn't mind everyone holding her and passing her around. She also started smiling more this weekend. I'm trying to get a picture because she has her Daddy's crocked smile, but it's big like her Mom's. I'll post a picture when I get a good one. She is getting on a pretty regular schedule at night- up til 11pm or so, sleeps until 3am, eats, sleeps until 6 am, eats, and then has a short nap while the kids get ready for school. I adore her (as does everyone in the family). She is an ANGEL!!

She is so pretty! I can't wait to see a picture of her awake, does she sleep all the time? I also can't wait to see her cute smile.

Despite the baby acne, she is adorable. I can't wait to see her. I think she may look a little like her Auntie Julie now that she is getting bigger.

Her baby acne doesn't look too bad. What a doll baby! I love her and can't wait to meet her.
